The Department of Biology at East Carolina University, Greenville, NC, the third largest campus in the University of North Carolina system, invites applications for a nine-month tenure-track or tenured position at the Associate Professor level with expertise in modeling research in Coastal Coupled Human and Natural Systems, to begin August 13, 2018.
Qualifications: A Ph.D. in Biology or a closely related field (e.g., ecology, natural resource management, environmental science, marine science, oceanography) with training in modeling and human-natural systems, is required. Qualifying degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. Preference will be given to candidates with extensive research experience, including postdoctoral work.
